Our first quarterly meeting will be April 19. We would like to invite you to a catered meeting to talk about community resources that are available to hospice and palliative care providers but underutilized.
This will also be our first meeting with the new Board of Directors and we have some new faces! Please come and meet your colleagues who have the privilege of serving and bring fresh ideas to the organization.
The event is free to all, but we ask that you please register through our website at SDHPNA.nursingnetwork.com to give an accurate setup count. In celebration of our new BOD, there is no requested donation from non-members for this meeting. Catering and CE contact hours will be provided freely to anyone who attends!
