Presented by Sharp HospiceCare.  (Sharp HospiceCare is not affiliated with College Avenue Baptist Church.  We would like to thank our friends at CABC for the use of their wonderful facilities.)

This FREE learning and networking event sponsored by Sharp HospiceCare is open to all health care providers who specialize in elder care. The theme of this year's expo — Law, Ethics and Advocacy in Health Care — touches upon the health care professional's practice in every discipline and every setting. Featured speakers will provide valuable insight into current issues facing elders in our society, including the legal aspects of elder abuse, bioethical issues surrounding advance care planning and the importance of palliative care throughout the health care continuum.

Vendors will be on hand in the exhibit hall to provide information on elder-related health care services in both facility and community settings.

Expo participants may also enter free drawings for door prizes throughout the day, including the grand prize of two tickets to Sharp HospiceCare's Annual Regatta at Coronado Yacht Club.

Special Instructions

A free continental breakfast and boxed lunch will be available. Please make sure to denote your lunch preference during registration (note: fish is not an option for this conference).
